Terms of Service

Buyer is responsible for ensuring products are legal to import, possess, purchase, and use in their jurisdiction. Orders may be refused for stock, shipping, risk, compliance, or payment reasons.

Import and customs

Buyer accepts responsibility for customs, import delays, seizures, local restrictions, and destination rules where applicable.

Privacy Policy

Collected order/contact data is used for order processing, seller contact, risk review, and support. The site does not collect card data.

Shipping Policy

Flat shipping is added at checkout when enabled by the backend. Route and timing may still be reviewed after address submission.

Refund / Replacement Policy

All sales are final once payment is sent and order is accepted for processing. Replacements are reviewed case by case for verified fulfillment issues.

Payment Terms

Crypto invoices are processed through NOWPayments. Orders are treated as paid only after provider confirmation. PayPal is not available until configured.
